Throughout these Terms, “Voltryn,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Voltryn. “You” and “your” refer to any person who accesses the website or purchases our products.

By visiting our website, creating an account, submitting information, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all policies referenced within them. Please review these Terms carefully before using the website.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access the website or use our services.

1. Online Store Terms

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or place of residence, or that you have received permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the website.

You may not use our products, website, or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any applicable laws while using the website.

You may not transmit viruses, malicious code, automated scripts, or other harmful material through the website.

A violation of these Terms may result in the suspension or termination of your access to our services.

2. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service, restrict access, cancel an order, or terminate an account when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity
Abusive, threatening, or unlawful conduct
Misuse of promotions or discount codes
Attempts to interfere with website security
Violations of these Terms
Pricing, inventory, or product-listing errors

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or service without prior notice.

Headings used in these Terms are included for convenience and do not limit or affect the meaning of any provision.

3. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colors, artwork, materials, measurements, and descriptions as accurately as possible.

However, product appearance may vary depending on:

Device and screen settings
Lighting conditions
Garment size
Production methods
Fabric, dye, and wash variations
Print placement
Manufacturing batches

Minor variations in color, texture, wash, sizing, print placement, or garment finish are normal in apparel production and are not automatically considered defects.

Product measurements are approximate. Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description and size guide before placing an order.

Some Voltryn products feature oversized, relaxed, fitted, cropped, heavyweight, or performance-based sizing. Fit may vary between products, even when the same labeled size is selected.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Certain products may be produced in limited quantities, printed to order, made to order, or fulfilled by a third-party production partner. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve the product or guarantee its availability.

We reserve the right to:

Limit product quantities
Discontinue products
Change product specifications
Restrict sales by customer, region, or jurisdiction
Cancel an order when a product is unavailable
Correct inventory errors

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we may contact you to offer a replacement, store credit, or refund for the unavailable item.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the website are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been completed, except where an obvious pricing or technical error occurred.

The total amount presented at checkout may include:

Product prices
Shipping charges
Applicable sales taxes
Discounts or promotional credits
Other clearly disclosed charges

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.

By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the total amount shown at checkout.

We are not responsible for charges imposed separately by your bank, card issuer, payment provider, customs authority, or financial institution.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

An order is considered accepted after payment has been successfully processed and the order enters production or fulfillment. An automated order-confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order but does not guarantee that every item will be fulfilled.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

Product unavailability
Incorrect pricing or product information
Suspected fraud
Payment authorization issues
Duplicate orders
Resale activity
Promotion misuse
Shipping restrictions
Technical errors

If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a refund for the canceled portion to the original payment method.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

Many Voltryn products may enter production or fulfillment shortly after an order is submitted.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once production, printing, packaging, or fulfillment has begun.

Once an order has entered production or shipped, it may no longer be canceled.

Submitting multiple messages does not guarantee that a cancellation request will be received before fulfillment begins.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically delivered within 7–14 days from the date the order is placed.

This estimate includes:

Order processing
Product production or printing
Packaging
Carrier transit

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Delivery may be affected by high order volume, holidays, severe weather, carrier interruptions, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we learn that we cannot ship or fulfill an order within the represented timeframe, we may contact you with updated information and any options required under applicable law.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Voltryn is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the customer.

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

Additional shipping terms are explained in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address or contact information provided with the order.

Tracking systems may take up to 48 hours to display movement after a shipping label is created.

Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, customers should first check:

The delivery location
Mailboxes and parcel lockers
Other household members
Neighbors
Building management
The shipping carrier

Voltryn is not automatically responsible for theft, loss, or misplacement after a carrier confirms delivery. However, we will reasonably assist customers in reviewing available tracking and shipment information.

10. Returns, Exchanges, and Store Credit

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of confirmed delivery for a size exchange or Voltryn store credit.

Returned items must be:

Unworn
Unwashed
Unused
Unaltered
Free from stains, odors, pet hair, and signs of wear
Returned in their original condition and packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns must be approved before they are mailed. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

We do not generally provide refunds to the original payment method for sizing concerns, fit preferences, customer ordering errors, or changes of mind.

Final-sale products, gift cards, customized products, giveaway items, and worn or washed merchandise are not eligible for exchange or store credit unless otherwise required by law.

Our complete Returns and Exchanges Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Customers should inspect their orders promptly after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from the item ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Your message should include:

Your name
Order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the item
Photographs of the packaging and shipping label when relevant

We may request additional information before approving a replacement or other resolution.

Normal garment variations—including minor differences in color, texture, sizing, wash, or print placement—are not necessarily defects.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer-protection laws.

12. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discount codes, gifts, free-shipping offers, and limited-time pricing are subject to their stated terms.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

Only one discount code may be used per order
Discounts cannot be applied after an order is placed
Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash
Promotions cannot be transferred
Discounts may exclude certain products
Promotions may not be combined
Minimum purchase requirements are calculated after discounts and before applicable taxes
Returned items may reduce or remove promotional eligibility

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel a promotion when permitted by law, including when there is evidence of fraud, abuse, duplication, or a technical error.

13. Gift Cards and Store Credit

Gift cards and store credit may be used only on eligible purchases through the Voltryn website.

Gift cards and store credit:

Have no cash value
Cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law
Cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards unless permitted
May not be replaced if transferred, deleted, or used without authorization
Cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders

Customers are responsible for protecting gift-card and store-credit information.

14. Accuracy of Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on the website is accurate and current. However, the website may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, incorrect pricing, outdated information, or omissions.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

If a pricing error affects a completed order, we may contact you to confirm the corrected price or cancel and refund the affected item.

15. Intellectual Property

All content made available through the Voltryn website is owned by or licensed to Voltryn unless otherwise stated.

This includes:

Brand names
Logos
Product names
Artwork
Garment designs
Photographs
Videos
Graphics
Written descriptions
Website layouts
Marketing materials
Slogans and original creative content

Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, displayed, resold, published, scraped, or used commercially without prior written permission from Voltryn.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any artwork, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual-property right.

16. Customer Reviews and Submitted Content

You may have opportunities to submit reviews, photographs, videos, comments, testimonials, ideas, or other content.

By voluntarily submitting content to Voltryn, you confirm that:

You created the content or have permission to share it
The content does not infringe another person’s rights
The content is not false, misleading, unlawful, threatening, or abusive
The content does not contain malicious software or unauthorized advertising

You grant Voltryn a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, and share submitted content for operating and promoting the brand, subject to applicable law.

We may remove submitted content that violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate. We are not obligated to publish every review or submission.

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Compensation, free products, discounts, or other material relationships should be disclosed when applicable.

17. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the website or its content to:

Violate applicable laws or regulations
Infringe intellectual-property rights
Submit false or misleading information
Harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against others
Upload viruses or malicious code
Collect personal information without authorization
Scrape, crawl, copy, or extract website content through automated means

Third-party websites and services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Voltryn does not control and is not responsible for their independent content, availability, security, practices, or performance.

Your use of a third-party service is at your own discretion and may be subject to additional terms.

19. Privacy

Your submission of personal information through the website is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the website, you acknowledge that information may be processed by service providers necessary to complete payments, fulfill orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, analyze website performance, and deliver marketing where permitted.

20. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website, its content, and its services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that:

The website will always be uninterrupted
The website will be completely error-free
Every product will remain available
Delivery estimates will never be affected by circumstances outside our control
Website content will always be free from technical inaccuracies

This section does not exclude warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Voltryn and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of products.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, Voltryn’s total liability will be limited to the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability resulting from intentional misconduct, fraud, or other legally non-excludable conduct.

22. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voltryn and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, expenses, or liabilities resulting from:

Your violation of these Terms
Your unlawful use of the website
Your infringement of another person’s rights
Content you submit
Fraudulent or unauthorized activity connected to your account

This provision does not apply where prohibited by law.

23. Termination

These Terms remain effective unless terminated by you or Voltryn.

You may stop using the website at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that you violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, threatened website security, or misused our services.

Obligations that arose before termination—including payment obligations, intellectual-property provisions, limitations of liability, and indemnification—may survive termination where appropriate.

24. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.

The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

25. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.

A waiver is effective only when made in writing by an authorized representative of Voltryn.

26. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns and Exchanges Policy, and any other policies displayed on the website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Voltryn regarding use of the website and purchase of our products.

If a product listing or promotion contains terms that conflict with these general Terms, the more specific terms will apply to that product or promotion.

27. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee and applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

This provision does not remove any mandatory consumer rights or protections that apply based on your place of residence.

Any legal proceeding that is not subject to a legally required alternative venue will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Tennessee.

28. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our business, products, website, practices, or legal obligations.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Changes will apply from the date they are posted unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
