Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Please make sure all sizing, color, product details, and shipping information are correct before completing your purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at voltryn.shop@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will review the situation and work to make it right if the issue was caused by an error on our end.

Non-Returnable Items

Because all sales are final, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any items, including sale items, discounted items, gift cards, or items that do not fit as expected.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, a new order will need to be placed.

Refunds

Refunds are only considered in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
