Thank you for shopping with Voltryn. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Processing and Delivery Times
Most Voltryn products are made to order. Customers can expect their package to arrive within 7–14 days from the date the order is placed. Most orders typically arrive within approximately one week, but some orders may require additional production or shipping time.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by holidays, severe weather, carrier delays, high order volume, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking details to update after the shipping label has been created.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or been shipped. Voltryn is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your order is delayed or has not moved for several days, please contact the shipping carrier or Voltryn customer support for assistance.
Voltryn is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but are lost or stolen after delivery. However, we will do our best to help you locate the package or contact the carrier.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on product availability, production location, or fulfillment requirements. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.
